My Lifting Progress Tracker
This page shows how much KGs I can lift in different timespans; it does not track my workout routine.
I go to the gym for 2 hours, 6 days a week, basically daily except the 1 day when the gym doesn't really work. Gotta have some relax time.
Stats that matter to me only are uploaded here, won't be uploading shit that I don't enjoy or don't think is necessary.
